This project will integrate a curl/command prompt trigger, with any single integration available on IFTTT. This can be the Facebook/Twitter post as in this example, or any other IFTTT trigger.
In this project, we set up Curl on a Windows PC so you can issue command-line posts to Facebook or Twitter. Taking this one step further, you could write a batch job or even any desktop application that automatically posts to any social network at all, automatically.
This project integrates curl command line trigger of an IFTTT Maker channel. This trigger can be used to do something like post automatically to a Facebook or Twitter profile, but it can also be used to trigger anything else that's in the IFTTT library. This means from the command line of your computer you can automatically send an email or SMS, control any smart home device, trigger a phone call, or anything else at all. This integration is very powerful and very flexible.
